Snowfall warning in effect for:

  • Baie-Trinité area
  • Sept-Îles - Port-Cartier area

Snowfall - afternoon to morning.

Snowfall, with total amounts of 15 to 25 cm is expected.

A low pressure system over Southern Maine is tracking to lie off Nova Scotia. The wet snow currently falling over the region will intensify this evening and start accumulating. Conditions will improve gradually Thursday morning.

Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.

Snowfall Warnings are issued when significant snowfall is expected.
